Shipping & Delivery Policy – Poke-Hub

We are committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable delivery across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By placing an order with Poke-Hub, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

1. Delivery Schedule

  • Next Day Delivery (NDD) is available Monday to Saturday for orders placed before 3:30 PM.
  • Orders placed after 3:30 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Remote areas and the Abu Dhabi Western Region follow a limited delivery schedule (see Section 4).

2. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Orders above AED 100 (across the UAE, excluding remote areas).
  • Standard Shipping (up to 5 KG): AED 25 for orders under AED 100.
  • Additional Weight Charges: AED 5.00 per KG for shipments exceeding 5 KG (up to a maximum of 20 KG per shipment).
  • Orders above 20 KG may require special handling and prior approval.

All prices are inclusive of any tax

3. Shipping Process & Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped only to valid UAE addresses. PO Box addresses are not accepted.
  • Deliveries are attempted three times. If the recipient is unavailable, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact numbers. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Changes to the delivery address must be requested on the same day the order is placed.

4. Remote Areas & Abu Dhabi Western Region Deliveries

Zone 1 – (Monday, Tuesday, Friday)

  • DXB: Hatta
  • SHJ: Lehbab, Madam
  • AJM: Masfout
  • RAK: Wadi Al Shiji, Al Showka
  • DXB: Nazwa

Zone 2 – (Tuesday, Friday)

  • Al Ain: Nahil, Sawehan, Al Dahra, Al Qua, Al Wagan

Zone 3 – (Wednesday, Saturday)

  • Abu Dhabi Western Region: Ghayathi, Madinat Zayed, Ruwais, Bad Al Matawa, Habshan, Mirfa, Al Nadra, Bainuona, Abu Al Bayad, Al Hmara, Liwa, Baraka, Asab, Jabel Al Dhani, Al Sila, Hameem

5. Order Tracking & Liability

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped (if applicable).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, or incorrect address details.
  • After delivery confirmation, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been shipped.
  • If an order is refused upon delivery, the shipping fee will not be refunded, and return shipping charges may apply.

7. Express Delivery (Dubai, on request)

  •  2-Hour / 4-Hour / Same-Day service available within Dubai city limits, subject to courier availability.
  •  Cut-off time: 6:00 PM GST (orders after this time may roll to next day).
  •  Fees: Calculated based on partner rates and  confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
