Ace Grading Service

To ensure your cards are protected during transit, please follow the steps below:

1. Sleeve each card individually Place every card into a standard protective sleeve for initial protection.

2. Use a semi-rigid sleeve Insert each sleeved card into a semi-rigid holder. The holder must be sturdy enough for safe removal without bending or damaging the card.

3. Stack and sandwich the cards Arrange your cards in the same order as listed on your submission form. Place the stack between two pieces of cardboard that are slightly larger than the cards.

4. Secure with rubber bands Hold the cardboard pieces together using rubber bands. Do not tighten them excessively—use just enough tension to keep the cards from shifting.

Important: Over-tightening may cause damage to the cards.

5. Add protective packing material : Wrap the secured stack with bubble wrap, Styrofoam pellets, or other cushioning material to prevent movement during shipping.

6. Box and seal securely :Place the protected cards and your packing slip(s) into a sturdy cardboard box. Ensure the contents are not packed too tightly. Seal the box completely using packing tape.

7. Incorrect or missing tier markings may result in processing delays.

Once your submission has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing our contact details. Please reach out to us to arrange a suitable date and time to drop off your cards at our HQ.

To keep our grading process smooth, secure, and fairly priced, we require a tier based minimum of cards per Ace submission.

Each submission goes through the same careful steps-verification, handling, packaging, and international shipping-no matter how many cards are included. By batching submissions, we're able to move cards more efficiently and keep costs down for everyone.

Estimated turnaround times and cost by tier are as follows:
✅ Basic: 60 Business Days / 100 AED
✅ Standard : 30 Business Days / 250 AED
✅ Ultra : 21 Business Days / 250 AED
✅ Luxury: 7 Business Days / 250 AED

This covers shipping from the UAE to the UK and back to you. The only charge you are liable for is the cost to ship to poke-hub. 

All turnaround times are estimates and commence once the shipment arrives at Ace Grading HQ. Customers agree to allow an additional grace period of at least 5 business days for the return shipment from Ace (UK) to the UAE.

No. There are no post-grading up-charges, regardless of the final grade.

If the submitted details do not match the card(s) received, we will contact you for clarification. Please note that this may result in a delay to processing times.

To estimate your card's current market value, we recommend reviewing recent sold listings on trusted pricing platforms  such as Collectr, TCGplayer, or PriceCharting. These platforms reflect real market demand and are commonly used by collectors and grading services to determine fair value.

If a card cannot be encapsulated due to size limitations or irregular dimensions (which remain the customer's responsibility):

• The card will be returned ungraded (raw).

• The grading fee will be refunded, minus a 5% handling fee.
